Is laboratory testing included in the price?
No. The laboratory bills the tests separately, at cost, as do paid standards, registrations and fees. The fixed price of the service covers everything else.
How much does a product compliance assessment cost?
€399 per product, per market. What applies to your product, what is still missing and what to do: one report per product and per market, obligation by obligation.
How much does CE marking cost?
From €3,800 per product, laboratory testing excluded. Cleo prepares your product's technical documentation and draft EU declaration of conformity; a compliance expert reviews every document, you sign.
How much does the authorised representative service cost?
From €1,500 per year per product category, answers to authorities included; with several categories, the total is stated before you order.
How is the API billed?
One unit per request; a kit or a batch weighs more. Sandbox: 200 units, lifetime, no card required. Starter: 100,000 units per month for €100 per month, €80 per month billed yearly. Pro: 1,000,000 units per month for €349 per month, €279 per month billed yearly. Enterprise: negotiated volume, rate and usage rights, on an annual contract.
