Cleo Labs is the winner of the Scaleway Startup Challenge at VivaTech 2026 in the category “product compliance for global brands”. The win comes with up to €250K in cloud credits and dedicated support from the Scaleway teams — and an invitation to join Scaleway at VivaTech and at its flagship AI event, aiPULSE 2026.

Cleo Labs, the RegTech automating product regulatory compliance for global brands, has been named winner of the Scaleway Startup Challenge at VivaTech 2026. Out of the startups in the running, Cleo Labs was selected in the “product compliance for global brands” category for its AI-powered approach to anticipating non-compliance risks across international markets.
